Currently Offering In-Person therapy to individuals, couples, and families in the Santa Barbara and Goleta area

Currently Offering Telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families throughout California

My Approach

My treatment approach is a blend of Humanistic, Attachment, Client-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral and Depth Psychotherapy. I see each person as a unique individual which means the treatment plan reflects the needs and goals of each person/couple/family. While the practice of attending weekly therapy can cause discomfort and emotional unease, you may also experience some of the benefits of becoming more aware of your behaviors, patterns, and upbringing. I hold a deep sense of respect for everyone who make the decision to attend therapy. You are courageous, you have inner wisdom, you are more than enough. I will do my very best to align with you as you take me through the inner workings and expressions of who you are.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
